6. Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Commissioned and custom-made artworks are arranged directly with each client. Project timelines, payment terms, approvals, revisions, and delivery conditions may be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned artwork is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the creative or production process has started.
