Every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. We take great care in every step of the shipping process to protect the quality and integrity of each piece.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout Peru and, subject to carrier availability, to selected international destinations. If you would like a shipping quote for a destination outside Peru, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of artwork purchased:

• Available Original Artwork: Typically prepared and packaged within 3–7 business days.
• Canvas Prints: Usually produced and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on size and production requirements.
• Digital Downloads: Delivered electronically according to the method specified on the product page.
• Commissioned or Custom Artwork: Production timelines are determined individually and confirmed directly with the client.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information to monitor its progress.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout or quoted in advance for artworks requiring specialized packaging or transportation.

5. Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they are protected during transit. If your package arrives with visible damage, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and contacting us immediately.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue related to shipping or packaging, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contacto@rogervejarano.com. Please include photographs of both the package and the artwork to help us review your request.
